Shanahan is 24 and 37 as the Redskins coach. That record gets any coach fired, he does not have to bench his QB(which they gave away the farm to get). He has done a horrible job especially addressing the teams needs over the course of his stay in DC.


Goodbye Mike, couldn't of happened to a nicer guy. Oh by the way, take your son with you, his play calling is part of the problem.

Most draft picks end up on IR

Hasn't found a QB he can work with in 4 years

Hasn't found an answer to the defense

Points fingers, takes no personal blame

Is the only leak in the lockeroom

Playcalling is inconsistent meaning, when something's working - they get away from it too quickly and when something doesn't work they don't get away from it fast enough.

Keeps old assistants around who shouldn't be employed

Doesn't allow coordinators to build their own staffs

The team has no discipline

This is mike Shanahan's legacy...

Wait, are we talking about the Broncos 06-08, or the Redskins 2010-2013
