Are you retarded? Most adults any age spend money foolishly.. To not allow someone regardless of age to make a living in this country is illegal. 17, 18, 19, 50. If an NBA team will pay a kid, he is a professional.

Why is this never an issue in tennis, hockey, soccer, etc etc. I am sure there are an equal number or more of washouts in those sports who could not handle it. That's part of life.
