NFL Week 6: Dallas Loves T.O....for now.

T.O scored 3 TD's but does that make him worth the money and the stress? This came at home against the woeful Houston Texans. He's expected to produce big numbers. Don't get too excited about him until he does this against a good team.

How can you not root for New Orleans? They might have the best homefield advantage this season. They beat a very good Eagles team on game winning field goal by John Carney. Think Drew Brees is happy to be in New Orleans and vice versa? Reggie Bush may have started the excitement in New Orleans but it's the whole team that's shining in the city.

Really bad teams got their first wins today against fairly decent teams. I can only imagine how furious Daniel Snyder is for losing to the Titans at home. Tampa Bay may have found its quarterback for the future in Bruce Gradkowski who engineered the game winning touchdown pass to Michael Clayton. What happened to the Bengals? Two weeks ago they sat near the top of the AFC. Now a loss to the Patriots and Bucanceers have them tumbling back down. Finally we can hold off the "Fire Millen" campaign for just one week. If the Detroit Tigers make it to the World Series for the first time since 1984 does anything else matter in Detroit? Nope.

Big time players stepped up for fantasy football. If you had a combination of Tomlinson, Torry Holt, Reggie Broiwn, Matt Hasselbeck, Marc Bulger, Joe Horn, Lavernanues Coles, Travis Henry or Steve Smith to name some players then your team won big. I could have gone on with players who had big days but you get the idea a lot of scoring happened today.

Carolina Panthers were the attractive Super Bowl pick before the season started but after losing their first two games they were quickly forgotten. They have quietly won four games in a room. Carolina is 4-0 when they have Steve Smith in the lineup this season. Shows how much they really needed him.

Art Shell needs to find a new profession. Maybe Texas Hold Em poker? He has the best poker face. Whether it's kicking a field goal, getting penalized, or not converting on 4th down, he has the same blank stare on his face.

Can't wait for flexible scheduling to begin for Sunday Night Football. Then we won't suffer with a similar Oakland vs Denver matchup. If the NLCS wasn't such a blowout (12-5) and two better teams played on ESPN (Boise State and New Mexico State) I would have spent more time away from NBC.

Finally the Raiders are still the worst team in the league. If I were Brady Quinn or Adrian Peterson I would be shivering in my shoes.
