Moss needs a QB who can throw the deep ball

You forgot one important deciding factor and that is the team that surrounds them. Moss needs a QB who can throw the deep ball, while T.O. thrived in the west coast offense. I think both need to on teams that are gonna be winners at this point in their career. With that said I would take Moss, because he seems less selfish than Owens. Barely.
