It's early 2006 but it's safe to say the front runner for the biggest tool in sports has to go to Marcus Vick.

It wasn't enough that he got kicked off the team for stomping on the left calf of Louisville All-American Elvis Dumervil.

Now he's back to playing the fugitive and was charged Monday with pulling a gun on three teenagers during an altercation in a restaurant parking lot. The 21-year-old Vick was charged with three misdemeanor counts of brandishing a firearm, and was released on $10,000 bond.

This all happened in the parking lot of McDonald's, where the employees probably will be making more money than Marcus in a few years.

Let's name off all the other previous offenses. He was arrested for providing alcohol for underage girls, having sex with one of them, charged with reckless driving and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop, suspended for the entire 2004 season, makes obscene gesture to fans who have been calling him names related to past problems, pulled over Dec 17 for speeding and driving with a suspended license, and robbing a pizza man of a large pizza with extra cheese.

Okay I made the last one up but with the way he's acting would you be shocked if you saw that in the news tomorrow? Me neither.

This is a disturbed young man who certainly will never learn to stop acting like a criminal. Does it sound like this is a person that should be in jail instead of the NFL? If you didn't know who he was and read his offenses I guarantee you would think he was serving jail time.

After he got kicked out of school, he official become a professional because he declared for the NFL draft. Brilliant move to show your future employers what you will bring to the team. A rifle for an arm and a handgun in your back pocket.

So let's say he doesn't go to jail (Judge Judy would throw his ass in there) and is available for the draft, which NFL team will draft him? You think having this much baggage would scare away teams but the NFL is made up of men who only care if you run 4.4 and can throw it 75 yards deep. If his name was Marcus Schtick, I think NFL teams wouldn't glance his way. No way would I draft him. But hey Matt Millen might.

Somewhere out there Lawerence Phillips is probably hearing all this news and thinking "Damn that boy is a crazy mother!" America's Most Wanted better also save some space also for Marcus. He'll be there soon.
