Speaking after the NBA game on Friday night, Durant said: "You know when you catch every green light when you're trying to get somewhere? That's exactly what it feels like."
The Warriors manager also stated Steve Kerr asked: "What do you think I thought of Durant's performance?", then a Los Angeles Dodgers fan said: "My god -- 41 [points] and 25 in the fourth. Some of those shots -- crazy. He was just spectacular."
And just like Stephen Curry, who scored 51 points for the Warriors two nights ago, Durant also got bagged the highest points on Friday night.
"I only took two shots in the third. I wasn't aggressive enough," Durant said. "I wanted to come out there and impose my will, score the ball. I felt like we needed it. Especially that group coming out in the fourth. I felt like we needed a punch scoring the basketball, so I tried to be aggressive. Shoot good shots at the same time."
In addition to his 41 points, Durant provided five assists and made nine rebounds.
The Golden State warriors will be hoping for Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry to continue their impressive form as they will be facing off Brooklyn Nets on Sunday.
