"Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty, We're free at last!"

If a buddy of yours comes up to you and tells you he/she just got a divorce, your reaction would be of sympathy and sorry. Divorce is always bitter, messy, and stressful.

When I read the headline that Anna Benson wants a divorce from Kris Benson, I just laughed. I know it's probably not right but I just had to laugh. Seriously this sort of relationship was just bound to end. Can you imagine Britney Spears and Kevin Federline together forever? Neither can I. When they do divorce, I'll just chuckle and say it's about time also. I'm not out to wish divorce on couples. It's just sometimes it looks too certain.

Kris admits that the Mets traded him probably cause of her. Yes and the Titanic sank because it hit a gigantic iceberg. Both were very obvious. Finally he has this nagging star craved D list celebrity off his back. She won't be around him to ruin his career and image. Martin Luther King made the "Free at last..." phrase famous in his "I Have a Dream Speech". I think that's what the Orioles are thinking today. Free at last. Free at last. They must be ecstatic. Beer for everyone after work!

I've never been a fan of hers. I've never thought she looked all that hot. I think even Stevie Wonder would say she looks trashy. Take away the professional baseball player husband and the nice clothes, and she looks like she rolled out of a trailer park. For those who dig her looks, she seems like the kind of gal most guys would want to spend a night with. Not spend their whole life.

The only reason this is news is because she's a psycho beeatch. Screwed up for wearing a provocative dress at the team Christmas party. Nutzo for saying she'd sleep with the whole Mets organization if Kris ever cheated on her. Unfortunately, I'm sure we'll hear more of her. She's so crazy I wouldn't put it past her if she ended up taking back her divorce threat and it all turned out be a publicity stunt. It would be a shameless one but anything coming from her exudes shameless.

Divorce can be stressful but can anyone else imagine Kris improving his 10-8 with a 4.31 ERA from last season? I sure can.
