They win their arbitration ruling. Finally something goes the Eagles way. As reported by Sal Paolantonio on ESPN Radio just now, the Eagles have won their arbitration case against T.O.
The suspension will remain at four games and not reduced as speculated. Then after the suspension the Eagles have a right to pay T.O. but make him inactive him for the rest of the season. Meaning he will not be able to play. He is also not allowed to use the practice facitility they said. So they don't have to cut him. They can pay him and just not let him play for another team the rest of the season.
Even though the Eagles are 4-6 I don't think they'll suit him up to help them try to win games. I think they've moved on with the season with McNabb having season ending surgery. On the field he can be a difference maker but T.O. has done enough damage already that I think the Eagles would rather win or lose without him.
