If the respective organizations do not interfere, both men will fight for the undisputed heavyweight championship for the first time in almost 23 years since Lennox Lewis vs. Evander Holyfield 2 did it in November 1999.

The United Kingdom is still in contention to host the undisputed heavyweight title bout between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.

Deontay Wilder wants Anthony Joshua

AJ has been accused in recent years of not being able to compete with the top boxers, including Fury and Wilder, and of twice losing to Usyk. Joshua's reputation has suffered due to these defeats and the bizarre comments he made after the losses.

Vergil Ortiz Jr and Eimantas Stanionis

Two motivated and undefeated welterweights will battle for the WBA "regular" belt in March. According to credible sources, Vergil Ortiz Jr. and Eimantas Stanionis will fight on March 18 in the Dallas area, where Ortiz Jr hails from. Both finalists should be commended for agreeing to this excellent pairing.

Ortiz's career appeared in jeopardy early in 2022 due to a health issue, but he recovered and defeated Michael McKinson in August while appearing strong.

Last April, Stanionis, a 28-year-old boxer from Lithuania, defeated Radzhab Buatev in a bout that was part of the Spence vs. Ugas event.

Once more, a fantastic battle between two young, highly-skilled, world-conquering fighters. Both are quick, have excellent punching ability, and perform well as amateurs. On March 18, we should see a great deal of skill and activity.
