Bill was giving out kisses like they were treats at Halloween! That's what happens when your team rallies from 14-0 and wins by 20 points.
Having Tony Romo may have saved a few years off of Bill's life, though Romo looks disgusted in the picture. But good for Bill. I think he might start dating now.
