Some good points. $4-5 million and a one-year commitment is nothing for most teams and certainly worth the good karma and potential production.
But one point...you slyly slipped in that Damon is a future Hall of Famer...ummm, probably not ;) Great career and worthy of consideration, but short of HoF standard in my opinion. Guerrero is certainly a HoFer.
