1999 WNBA Draft Overview
Once in again 1999 the WNBA expansion took place, this time in Orlando and Minnesota. The same process took like in 1998. There was an initial player allocation, followed by an expansion draft. This time after there was an additional player allocation following the expansion draft. After all that, there was also a college draft as well.
