The Davises have said that they will not apologize to Axelrod. I hope Axelrod sues them. Not that I think he'll get any money out of it.... But think of it: Depositions. Character testimony. I'm sure Spreewell and Steve Simmons would appear for Axelrod's side. Maybe they could subpoena the entire Piston team until someone talks as proof of her bad character. More telling: Someone has to have told them what WFAN said by now. You don't hear them threatening lawsuits or claiming defamation over this Kendra/Piston sex story.
