Tiger Woods Buys Himself a Small Present

One year on my birthday, I paid for my own birthday cake. How bad is that? My mom ordered it and I had to pick it up and pay for it myself. But it was a damn good cake.
Tiger Woods took sort of the same approach on his birthday and paid for something himself. It’s just a $40 million for a 10-acre oceanfront compound on Jupiter Island, FL. Known by Forbes as “the most expensive ZIP code”, even the real estate agents are blown away by the purchase.
The property, which runs from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean, now includes four houses — the main house, two guest houses and a beach house, as well as two boat docks. It is said that Tiger will tear down the main house and custom build his own.
You can see a photo of the property. It’s unbelievable how large the space is. It’s bigger than some towns.
I paid for a cake for my birthday. Tiger paid for a $40 million lot. I have to find a way to top him one year.
